Getting started
Upload your visuals, answer 3 questions, then download your export to add your products to your store.
Print-on-demand designs are PNG illustrations you place on products like t-shirts or mugs. We generate the presentation visuals. Apparel photos are real garment photos analyzed to create the product pages.
Pay-as-you-go pricing and plans are listed on the pricing page. You can also choose a monthly plan with included listings. Your first Fashion product is free when you sign up.
1 color + 1 size = 1 combination. Example: black t-shirt, size M = 1 combination. A product with 3 colors and 4 sizes gives you 12 combinations.
Some images need more processing. If it takes too long, you can retry or contact us.
Import and export
Download your export from “I export”. In Shopify: Products → Import → select the export → click Import. Done.
Go to “My creations” and click Regenerate. It is free if your visuals are still stored within the 90-day window. After that, you need to run the creation again.
Before starting the creation, choose an image weight option. “Balanced” is recommended. “Ultra-light” creates a smaller export.
Shopify downloads the images from our servers. It can take a few minutes. Refresh the page.
Payments and balance
Go to “My balance” → choose an amount → secure card payment with Stripe.
Yes. Unused balance can be refunded on request. If a creation is incomplete, the amount is automatically credited back. Contact us through the form.
Check that your card is valid and that funds are available. Try another card or contact your bank.
Print-on-demand designs
PNG with a transparent background is recommended. JPG and JPEG are also accepted. Minimum resolution: 2000 × 2000 pixels for a strong result.
T-shirt, sweatshirt, mug, poster, tote bag, phone case, and more. The full list is shown in the “I confirm” step.
Apparel photos
AI analyzes your photos and automatically detects product groups for the same model in different colors. You can adjust the groups before confirming.
You can edit the colors suggested by AI in the “I confirm” step. Click the color swatch to change it.
My account
My account → Settings → Delete my account. Your account is disabled immediately. Your data is deleted within 30 days.
My account → Settings → Export my data. You receive an email with a download link valid for 7 days.
On the login page, click “Forgot password?”. You will receive an email with a reset link.
