Getting started
How does it work?
You upload your files, answer 3 questions, and we generate your product listings automatically. Then you download a file ready to import into your store.
What is the difference between "Designs" and "Photos"?
Print-on-demand designs: you have illustrations (PNG) to place on products (t-shirts, mugs...). We generate visuals. Fashion photos: you have photos of real garments. AI analyzes them and creates listings.
How much does it cost?
€0.95 per Fashion listing or €1.70 per print-on-demand design. Pay-as-you-go is always available, with monthly plans (products included per month). Your first Fashion listing is free at signup.
What is a "variant"?
One variant = one color + one size (combination). Example: black t-shirt size M = 1 variant. A product with 3 colors and 4 sizes = 12 variants.
Why can creation take longer sometimes?
Some images take longer to process. If it takes too long, try again or contact support.
Import & export
How do I import into Shopify?
1. Download the file from "I export". 2. In Shopify, go to Products → Import. 3. Select the downloaded file. 4. Click Import.
How do I import into WooCommerce?
From the export screen, download WooCommerce export (CSV), then import the file in WooCommerce (Products > Import).
My file expired, how can I get it back?
Go to "My listings" and click Regenerate. It is free if visuals are still stored (90 days). After purge: restart generation (paid) or upload again.
My file is too large, how can I make it smaller?
Before launching creation, choose "Image weight (optional)". "Balanced" is recommended. "Ultra-light" creates a smaller file.
Why do my images not appear in Shopify?
Shopify downloads images from our servers. It can take a few minutes. Refresh the page.
Billing & balance
How do I top up my balance?
Go to "My balance" and choose an amount. Secure card payment (Stripe).
Can I get a refund?
Unused balance can be refunded on request. If a creation fails or is canceled, the difference is credited back automatically. Contact us through the contact form.
Why is my payment declined?
Check that your card is valid and has enough funds. Try another card or contact your bank.
Print-on-demand designs
Which image formats are accepted?
PNG, JPG, and WEBP. For print-on-demand designs, PNG with transparent background is recommended.
What image size is recommended?
At least 1000px wide. The larger the image, the better the visual quality.
Can I choose where the design is placed on the product?
Yes. You can adjust placement during personalization: automatic correction or manual adjustment (up/down/zoom).
Fashion photos
How does AI group my photos by product?
AI automatically detects groups (same garment, different views). You can adjust grouping if needed.
How many photos per product?
There is no strict limit. AI uses the best ones to create the listing.
My account
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings → Delete my account. Your account is deactivated immediately. Your data is deleted within 30 days.
How do I export my data?
Go to Settings → Export my data. You will receive an email with a download link.
I forgot my password
On the login page, click "Forgot password". You will receive an email to reset it.
