Terms of Sale

1. Purpose and scope

These Terms of Sale govern the use of the Studio Creativariant service available at creativariant.com. By using the service, you accept these terms in full.

2. Services provided

Studio Creativariant provides an automatic ecommerce product page generation service from user-uploaded visuals, powered by AI.

  • Fashion mode: generation from garment photos according to the current pay-as-you-go pricing shown on the Pricing page.
  • POD mode (Print-on-Demand): generation from PNG designs with presentation visuals according to the current pay-as-you-go pricing shown on the Pricing page.

3. Pricing and payment

Prices are shown including tax on the Pricing page. Payment is made by card via Stripe. Several options are available: pay-as-you-go or a monthly subscription with included listings.

Charges are made when generation starts, not when the upload happens.

4. Balance and top-ups

You can top up your balance at any time. Unused balance can be refunded on request. If a creation is incomplete or fails, the amount is automatically credited back.

5. Intellectual property

You keep all rights to your uploaded visuals and content. AI-generated texts belong to you. Studio Creativariant does not claim ownership of the produced content.

6. Liability

Studio Creativariant undertakes to provide the service with reasonable care. However, the service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that AI-generated texts are free from errors. You remain responsible for reviewing product pages before import.

7. Duration and cancellation

Sign-up is free and carries no commitment. Monthly subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel at any time from your settings.

8. Changes to these terms

We reserve the right to update these terms. In case of a material change, you will be informed by email at least 30 days before it takes effect.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the courts of Paris shall have jurisdiction after an attempt at amicable resolution.
