1. Purpose
These terms govern the use of Studio Creativariant, an online tool for automated ecommerce product listing creation.
2. Service access
Registration is free. Some features require credit purchase or paid subscription.
3. Pricing
- Print-on-demand design listing: €1.70 excl. tax
- Fashion photo listing: €0.95 excl. tax
- Prices may change over time.
- Purchased credits remain valid with no expiration.
Public prices are available on the Pricing.
4. Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. We accept bank cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). Payments are secure and we do not store your card details.
5. Right of withdrawal
Purchased credits are digital content. In accordance with applicable consumer law, the right of withdrawal does not apply once creation has started.
6. Intellectual property
- You remain the owner of your uploaded images and generated listings.
- You grant Studio Creativariant a limited license to process your images within the service.
- Models, templates, and interface are owned by Studio Creativariant.
7. Limitation of liability
Studio Creativariant strives to provide a reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free operation. Our liability is limited to the amount of credits purchased during the last 12 months.
8. Termination
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. Your data is deleted within 30 days.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, courts of Soissons have jurisdiction.
